Account data: When you register, we collect your email address and the name you choose to use in the Labyrinth.

Journal entries: Your written journal entries are stored locally on your device only and are never sent to our servers. We cannot read them.

Uploaded media: If you attach photos or voice notes to journal entries, those files are uploaded to secure cloud storage so they can be displayed back to you. They are linked to your account and are not shared with others.

Community posts: Any content you share in the Collective Observations area is visible to all logged-in members. Do not share personally identifying information there.

Newsletter: If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email address for that purpose only.

Usage data: We may collect anonymous, aggregated data about which realms are visited and how often, to understand how the platform is used. This is never linked to your identity.

We use your data to provide the service, allow you to log in, and (if subscribed) send you newsletter updates. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

If you are based in the UK or EU, you have the following rights:

• The right to correct inaccurate data
• The right to delete your account and associated data
• The right to withdraw consent at any time
• The right to data portability

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by emailing us at nicola@harmoniclabyrinth.com with the subject "Unsubscribe".

Your account data is stored securely on the Base44 platform, which uses industry-standard security practices. Uploaded media files are stored in secure cloud storage. Written journal entries never leave your device.

We use essential cookies only - those required for you to stay logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
